Context
The platform is built mostly by AI agents across many repositories and sessions. Without a written reason,
a decision gets re-argued or silently undone.
Decision
Architecture decisions live here as numbered files: context, decision, consequences. A decision that
changes gets a new file that supersedes the old one (the old one stays, marked superseded). Small,
local choices belong in the service spec, not here.
Consequences
Before changing anything listed here, write the superseding ADR first.
