Delivery	`https://config.xvii.network/v1` (`ruleset`, `flags`, `configs/<key>`, `stream`)
SDKs	Go `go.xvii.network/config/sdk`, TypeScript `https://config.xvii.network/sdk/xvii-config.ts`
CLI	`xvii config flags \| set`

What it does

Flags: boolean, string, number or JSON per environment; rules in order, a fallthrough, an off value.
Rollouts: any served value can be a percentage split, sticky by an attribute.
Configs: JSON documents with an optional JSON Schema, versions, diffs and rollback.
Delivery keys cfg_… per environment: read-only, rotatable.
Live: Server-Sent Events carry every change; SDKs evaluate locally.
Who changes: developers; protected environments need an admin.
