What it does
- Ingest from any Sentry SDK: envelopes, gzip and deflate, duplicates counted once, 429 with Sentry's
rate-limit headers past the project's rate or the team's monthly limit.
- Scrubbing of passwords, tokens, cookies, keys, card data and your own fields; people counted by a
hash.
- Grouping by exception type and in-app frames, or a normalised message; fingerprints respected.
- Issues: unresolved, resolved, resolved in the next release, ignored; hourly counts for 90 days.
- Releases from events, from linked apps' and aliases' deploys, or the API.
- DSN: public by design (it only sends); rotating replaces it everywhere it's linked.
